- All slides for lectures and presentations must be delivered through the server located in the Preview Room (2F, R 202A) at least 1 hour prior to presentation time.
- It is highly recommended to bring a backup version of the electronic presentation on USB drive or disk.
- Please note that it is required to inform the Conference Secretariat if you embed anything with sound effect in your presentation.
Equipment and Room Setup
The meeting room offers a standard audio-visual package: a Windows-based laptop, projector, screen, microphones and remote clicker.
